FDS were appointed as Principal Contractor to deliver 45,000 ft² of strip-out and enabling works on behalf of Cushman & Wakefield and Oxford Properties. The project required careful coordination of live building services, safety systems, and access control while the building remained occupied. Through off-hours working, sustainable material reuse, and precise execution, FDS ensured a smooth, safe, and environmentally conscious delivery within a high-profile multi-use space.
